I just wanted to re-emphasize the concern for what <br />I will phrase as a lack of a process where this project could be included with the community <br />development plan. And I appreciate the Director€s concern about the burdens on the Department <br />to help, you know, facilitate and be part of such a process, because it would be a process that <br />requires a lot of work. But, again, I have a lot of concern about that and that we don€t have the <br />community development plan in place, nor do we have any real prospect that it€s going to take <br />place soon, unless we can convince our Council to fund it immediately. <br />And as to this particular project, I have great reservations about the creep that€s occurring and <br />going to ask that I be asked to vote last. <br />GALDONES:Any further discussion, Commissioners?
