And not that IÓm stating any opposition, but typically we, you <br />know, state, oh, you need to make these completions within five years. TheyÓre not going to <br />make that many improvements in five years, huh? <br /> <br />LEITHEAD TODD: Well, we are waiting for them to come back. And then when we are able <br />to review the total package, then weÓll look at the timeline. You know, I think itÓs good to have <br />the view of what their long-range plan is for the property. <br /> <br />WATANABE: Yeah, I donÓt disagree -. <br /> <br />LEITHEAD TODD: But you know, it depends on what they come in with and what kind of <br />fundraising, so it may be that we may not be looking at a five-year for the entire thing Î we donÓt <br />know.
