I have also contributed to revisions of HRS Chapter 343 relating to <br /> implementation of the environmental review process (HAR 11-200-8). 1 have also processed <br /> Environmental Assessments and over 800 SMA assessments on all three islands within Maui County <br /> and in each County of the State of Hawaii.
