PBRT TAWA II <br /> CATIE CULLISON AICP <br /> VICE PRESIDENT / PLANNER <br /> At PBR HAWAII, Ms. Cullison supports public-sector clients with <br /> Vm, <br /> project management, community engagement, and environmental <br /> entitlements. Her responsibilities include preparing resource <br /> management plans, seeking ways to meaningfully consult with <br /> community, and assisting clients with documenting compliance with <br /> state and federal environmental requirements. <br /> Her current projects include community engagement and environmental 1" <br /> compliance documentation for the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands <br /> use of HUD-Native Hawaiian Housing Block Grant (NHHBG) funds, <br /> HRS 343 and NEPA compliance for a new roundabout Bayfront <br /> Highway in Hilo, a master plan for the Ka`iwa Ridge Trail (Lanikai <br /> Pillbox Trail), and community engagement and environmental EDUCATION <br /> documentation for Honolulu's Complete Streets program and projects in BA in Local and Urban Affairs, 1994 <br /> Manoa, Kalihi, and Waikiki as well as a supporting role on Honolulu's St. Cloud State University,Minnesota <br /> Vision Zero Action Plan. ACCREDITATIONS <br /> American Institute of Certified Planners, <br /> Ms. Cullison is well suited to the project due to her strong experience 2011 <br /> leading HRS 343 and NEPA environmental documentation projects and PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS <br /> managing community engagement teams. Her approach to managing American Planning Association <br /> community engagement is to encourage team members' creativity and Member <br /> thoughtfulness in reaching out to a wide variety of people so as to Society of Outdoor Recreational Professionals <br /> connect them in a meaningful way to the planning process.
