A Hawaii Environmental Policy Act EA in accordance with Hawaii <br /> Revised Statutes(HRS)Chapter 343 and Title 11, Chapter 200 of the Department of Health Administrative Rules will be prepared <br /> for the one parcel with the U.S.Department of Agriculture(USDA)as the accepting agency. The other parcel will have an EA <br /> prepared pursuant to HRS Ch. 343 with DHHL accepting. A Preliminary Engineering Report(PER)meeting the requirements of <br /> the USDA Rural Utilities Service will also be prepared. A topographic survey for the PER will be coordinated and preliminary site <br /> layout and grading plans to confirm the area required for the site improvements will be prepared for the PER. The PER will also be <br /> processed for acceptance by the USDA Rural Utilities Service.
