PROJECTS AND <br /> REFERENCES s it-7/11 <br /> HuNT <br /> HUNT DEVELOPMENT GROUP, HAWAII <br /> PROJECT MANAGEMENT, MEETING FACILITATION &STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS <br /> Hunt Development Group is in the process of <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES developing and redeveloping 538 acres of land <br /> • Project Management in West O'ahu into a thriving mixed-use <br /> • General Consulting community with new housing, commercial <br /> • Strategic spaces, healthcare facilities and jobs for local <br /> Communications & residents. The company retained S36o to help <br /> Public Relations create a brand for the project, increase <br /> • Marketing community and investor engagement, and <br /> • Research enhance support for developing Kalaeloa, an <br /> • Event Planning area with a significant military and Native <br /> Hawaiian history. <br /> As part of our work, S36o collaborated with Hunt's various consultants to <br /> refresh the Kalaeloa brand and website, and provided community engagement <br /> guidance, among other duties. S36o also organized a groundbreaking event for <br /> a new state-of-the art $100 million Veterans Affairs clinic, which received <br /> widespread positive media coverage, which was arranged by S36o. <br /> S36o launched a public relations campaign to collaborate and promote current <br /> commercial tenants, educate key investors and developers on the rich history <br /> of Kalaeloa, and demonstrate the demand for housing and commercial <br /> opportunities in the community. This work was accompanied with regular <br /> construction updates to improve communication, thus improving Hunt's <br /> relationship with the community. <br /> Our research team worked with Hunt to conduct a survey of O'ahu residents to <br /> identify areas of strength and improvement for Hunt in its promotion of <br /> Kalaeloa and of the Hunt brand.
