MOOERS:No I think Norman has accurately described the situation. Just to point out <br />really its kind of becoming a trend in the resort community to move away from higher density <br />and to go to more single-family dwellings and that€s certainly the case here. In fact a number of <br />the resorts the developers have abandoned hotel sites in favor of doing single-family residential. <br />It seems to be the product that people want to see and the attempt here is to simply have the <br />zoning reflect what the actual use of the property is. <br />GALDONES:Any questions of Mr. Mooers?
