Matt is leading a team in preparing an updated Housing Element for the City of Berkeley <br /> which includes community engagement, General Plan Updates,zoning consistency, and environmental review. <br /> ■ Florence-Firestone Vision Plan(Los Angeles County,CA) <br /> Project Manager and Principal-in-Charge. Handled all aspects of the project for this SCAG-funded project including project <br /> management, writing the existing conditions report, working with community groups, organizing public workshops and <br /> writing the plan.
