<br /> Walker Wells is an industry-leading expert in urban sustainability, green building,
<br /> and renewable energy. He has 25 years of experience working with local
<br /> governments,affordable housing developers, and non-profit organizations across
<br /> the country to further sustainable development practices via technical assistance,
<br /> charrettes, workshops, and developing public policy. He is a lecturer in green
<br /> urbanism at the Claremont Colleges and the UCLA Urban Planning Program.
