The <br /> scope of work included identifying and inventorying Hawaii County's scenic <br /> resources using digital photography and Geographic Positioning Systems <br /> Lgantl <br /> (GPS), mapping the resources using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), w , <br /> and rating the resources using prescribed practices and procedures.
