<br /> RAE LOUI, PE - VICE PRESIDENT
<br /> go Rae Loui is Vice President and Major Projects Manager for Hawaii-Guam. Clients include municipalities,
<br /> state, and federal/DoD entities. She focuses on team building and the utilization of AECOM's global
<br /> expertise and capabilities to provide clients with outstanding service. During her career, she has held
<br /> positions throughout the state, such as City and County of Honolulu Director of Design and Construc-
<br /> tion,Assistant Superintendent of the Department of Education, and Director of the Maui Board of Water
<br /> Supply.
<br /> ROBIN CABABA, PE - VICE PRESIDENT& BUSINESS UNIT LEADER
<br /> Robin Cababa is the head of AECOM Hawaii/Guam's Environment business line and has 49 years of
<br /> engineering and environmental experience. He has managed multiple concurrent projects, including
<br /> 1*. three NAVFAC Pacific CLEAN indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quality contracts (CLEAN III, IV, and V)that
<br /> ,_ , consist of over 80 contract task orders (CTOs) each, as well as U.S.Air Force environmental and
<br /> engineering support contracts for Hawaii and Alaska. Prior to joining AECOM in 2005, Robin was the
<br /> �"N.--"P"--'; Vice President of Operations for the Oceanic Institute.
<br /> MINGXUN (MING) DING, PE, PH' - ASSOCIATE VIC PRESIDENT& DESIGN DEPARTMENT MANAGER
<br /> Dr. Ding manages the design department for AECOM Hawaii/Guam, and works with each Project
<br /> Manager to ensure that project schedules, budgets, communications, and other issues are addressed in a
<br /> timely and professional manner. Dr. Ding's extensive project experience includes mass transit planning and

<br /> design; roadway, sewer, water and drainage systems; storm water management(City MS4)with best
<br /> managemactes (BMPs); grading, land development, and site development; geotechnical
<br /> engineeringent andprengineeringicgeology; and environment engineering, including remediation, permits,
<br /> environmental assessment.
<br /> RANDY YUEN, PE -ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT&SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER
<br /> Randy Yuen is a Senior Program Manager for AECOM Hawaii/Guam, and is a skilled leader, communicator,
<br /> and mentor with 35 years of experience in Design and Project Management. He joined AECOM upon
<br /> _ concluding a distinguished career with NAVFAC Pacific as Deputy Operations Manager, responsible for the
<br /> execution of projects in the Pacific area of responsibility.As Design Director for the Capital Improvements
<br /> Ij / Division, Randy provided technical oversight and execution of design and construction projects, with
<br /> / ` an annual construction value over$750M.

<br /> ALEX CROSS, PE - CONSTRUCTION & ENERGY DEPARTMENT MANAGER
<br /> Alex Cross serves as the Construction and Energy Department Manager for AECOM Hawaii/Guam.Alex
<br /> has experience in project/program management, construction management, risk management, power
<br /> T` system analysis, and electrical design and commissioning for facilities, and various industrial projects. Prior
<br /> - to joining AECOM,Alex worked as the Director of Special Projects for the Honolulu Authority for Rapid
<br /> Transportation.
