Hawaii <br /> AC Y1OM PLAN County's Vision Zero Action Plan is the first to be completed in the <br /> State of Hawaii. The collaborative nature of the Task Force process <br /> greatly supported the success of the initiative, as did SSFM's efforts <br /> , to obtain and analyze available crash data. The building design <br /> P reflected the team-based, patient centered heath care home concept of care <br /> practiced which utilizes physicians and nurse practitioners working with <br /> support staff, and integrating behaviorist, nutritionist, case managers, and <br /> Apr patient services. <br /> Estimated Construction Cost: $13 million <br /> Samkoo Condo Re-Zoning Application, Kapiolani Boulevard and <br /> IW h' Kona Iki Street, Honolulu, Hawaii <br /> SSFM provided civil engineering and traffic analysis services for the <br /> re-zoning application for the proposed Samkoo House Condominium <br /> "' project, a 43-floor condominium located at 1391 Kapiolani Boulevard <br /> _._ in Honolulu. <br /> Cost: $99,000 (fees) <br /> Kauai Island Utility Cooperative Spill Prevention, Control, and <br /> • Countermeasure Plan, Lihue, Kauai <br /> SSFM updated the 2018 Cooperative Spill Prevention, Control, and <br /> ., Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) plan that was previously prepared b <br /> Yp :tx . <br /> SSFM. This plan included recommended improvements, identified <br /> possible offsite releases and release impact mitigation and <br /> - developed a logic diagram for recommended oil spill control <br /> ,,,..4 improvements. <br /> Estimated Cost: $59,500 (fees) <br />
