<br /> of the Sand Island Wastewater Treatment Plant(WWTP)Secondary
<br /> Treatment Projects(Phases 1 and 2).Together,Phase 1 and Phase 2 Given the magnitude of project,critical completion schedule,lack of
<br /> represent the largest wastewater capital program ever undertaken sufficient City staffing,and need for specialized technical expertise,
<br /> by the City.In addition,the projects are schedule driven,based on the City retained Carollo to provide engineering support services
