<br /> permits,and grant management.Oversaw the preparation of documents to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act
<br /> (NEPA),other federal environmental regulatory acts including the Endangered Species Act,the Clean Water Act,the Clean Air
<br /> Acts,the National Historic Preservation Act(NHPA),and Section 4(f)of the Department of Transportation Act.Abbey led an
