<br /> decision methods to help clients in many different industries decide on the best course of action for major infrastructure upgrades. In
<br /> executing this work, he develops and facilitates structured decision processes with stakeholder groups and applies decision tools
<br /> such as risk matrixes,influence diagrams,decision trees,Monte Carlo simulation,and multi-objective decision analysis to assess and
