for some guidance from the Commissioners what comfort level are you folks willing to <br />proceed with. Number one, to accept the reports, as presented, make a decision on the <br />reports as presented to you, or do you want the opportunity to question the makers of the <br />report? So I open it up for further discussions. Commissioner McCall? <br />MCCALL:Maybe this would be, as I say, a question for the Commissioners. <br />Do any of the, if the Commissioners have questions for Mr. Love, then we can proceed <br />with that. If nobody has any questions, we can just, we can dispense with it at this point <br />and we don€t need to, we don€t need to bother with this any further. So, maybe just, <br />maybe if we could just ask all of the Commissioners -. I don€t have any questions for <br />Mr. Love for myself. <br />GALDONES:Ms. Siracusa? <br />SIRACUSA:Well,IhavenoquestionsofMr.Love.Therearesomeissuesthat <br />were raised in the transcript, but they€re also in the Background Report and some of the <br />other submittals. So that means that we can still ask those questions, is that correct? <br />TORIGOE:Well, you could ask those questions of the parties, certainly. <br />SIRACUSA:Of the parties, yes. <br />GALDONES:If we choose to allow, if we choose to adopt that process, yes, you <br />will have that opportunity to do so. <br />SIRACUSA:Okay. I would like to have that opportunity. Thank you. <br />SPRINGER:I have no questions for the Hearing Officer. <br />FULKS:No questions. <br />GALDONES:Okay. Then, Commissioners, Ms. Siracusa has stated that she does <br />have some questions that she may want to raise on the reports. <br />SIRACUSA:No, no, no. You€re misunderstanding, excuse me, you€re <br />misunderstanding me. Not on the report itself, on certain statements that were made in <br />the report but they were also made in the Background information. So I don€t have to, I <br />was asking, I don€t have to raise them regarding the report. There€ll be other places <br />where I can raise those issues. <br />GALDONES:Okay. Thank you for the clarification. If that is the case, yes, <br />you€ll have the opportunity to raise that and I will allow that, at some point in time, for <br />you to bring that up so we can adopt the report with the corrections in it.
