Commissioners, you have the report from Mr. Love, <br />who was the Hearing Officer, and it is my understanding that the Commissioners have <br />accepted his report without any further discussion on this matter? Hearing none -. <br />TORIGOE:What do you -? <br />GALDONES:Mr. Torigoe? <br />TORIGOE:I just want clarify, when you said the Commissioners have <br />accepted his report, what do you mean by that? <br />GALDONES:Have accepted it into the record on its face value. <br />TORIGOE:Okay.
