Example Project 2 <br /> HART Commuter Rail, Year Completed <br /> Honolulu, Hawaii Professional Services: Ongoing <br /> Project Owner's Information <br /> Project Owner: HART Point of Contact:Jordan Bleasdale Contact's Number: 808-864-6225 <br /> Brief Description: .# 1111, <br /> ENPRO designed a comprehensive sampling and analysis plan, air 011111r6 <br /> monitoring plan, and lead work plan to address concerns related to the <br /> potential for encountering soil and groundwater contaminated from <br /> decades of commercial and industrial sources of this urban center. <br /> Construction activities being supported included potholing,trenching, fuel <br /> pipeline removal, and utility relocation along more than a mile of major 0 <br /> thoroughfares traversing downtown Honolulu. These activities were in <br /> preparation of construction of this segment of the Honolulu Authority for <br /> Rapid Transportation (HART) commuter rail project, the largest <br /> construction project in Hawaii's history. ENPRO also provided extensive • <br /> project monitoring for VOCs, methane, and gross contamination during <br /> potholing,excavation activities,and pipeline removal in addition to soil and <br /> groundwater characterization. <br /> To support the construction schedule, ENPRO has customized field <br /> procedures specific to the varying excavation and relocation needs, <br /> including varying depths of excavation and unanticipated conditions <br /> requiring field and scheduling modifications. Field support ranges from <br /> one or two people to multiple teams supporting various construction <br /> activities over a mile apart.
