Most of the 538 residential units were water damaged, fire <br /> damaged, and/or smoke damaged. The next morning ENPRO was endorsed by all eight restoration <br /> firms on the scene and was immediately hired by Marco Polo representatives as the Environmental • - <br /> Consultant of Record. - <br /> Total recovery costs of Marco Polo fire over$120 million.
