Wireless technology is used all over the world <br />now. Some countries in Central America never had telephones at all, never had telephone <br />infrastructure, they went directly to wireless; and thats a lot of, a lot of those countries do get <br />cell phone coverage and other services they would not have had otherwise. <br />As far as the tower is concerned, Spectrasite does have a lease with the landowner.
