But the language that Mr. Mooers mentioned is very similar <br />to what we’ve used in the past, so it would read something very similar to that; “The applicant shall <br />submit a landscaping plan to the Planning Director for review and approval.” And then keeping the <br />last sentence of Condition 6. <br />GIFFIN: I second. <br />HOUSEL:We have a motion from Commissioner Bowman to approve this application, is that <br />correct, Commissioner Bowman? <br />BOWMAN: Yes. <br />HOUSEL: Okay.
