APPLICANT: PAT FAY & MARY ROBLEE (SPP 06-000032) Special Permit to allow the establishment of a 2-bedroom bed and breakfast within an existing single family dwelling located on 0.5 acre of land situated within the State Land Use Agricultural District. The property is located along the west (mauka) side of Paradise Ala Kai Street, approximately 1 mile from its intersection with Paradise Drive, Hawaiian Paradise Park Subdivision, Keaau, Puna, Hawaii. TMK: 1-5-59:28. GRAHAM:Applicant: Pat Fay and Mary Roblee. This is a Special Permit request for a bed and breakfast within an existing single family dwelling; and this is in the Puna District.
