The property is located at 14-4934 Laimana Road in the Kapoho Beach Lots <br />Subdivision, Puna, Hawaii, TMK: 1-4-002:036. <br />WOODWARD: This is applicants John and Sandra Barsell requesting a Special <br />Management Area Use Permit to allow the construction of a second single-family dwelling and <br />related improvements on 16.9 acres of land situated within the Special Management Area. <br />DARROW: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Good morning, Members of the Planning <br />Commission. If I could direct your attention to the wall for the next application. The applicants <br />in this next matter are John and Sandra Barsell. They are requesting a Special Management Area <br />Use Permit to allow the construction of a second single-family dwelling and related <br />improvements on 16.9 acres of land situated within the Special Management Area. <br />The location of the application is within the Kapoho Beach Lots Subdivision. Basically the <br />yellow area, not to include all of it but about right in this triangle area here, is the Beach Lots <br />Subdivision. You might also be familiar with Kapoho Vacationland. That’s on the lower <br /> EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />
