We agreed that we would hear testimony <br />from the public on the John Kobayashi agenda item. We offer to anyone in the audience <br />who would care to make testimony on that matter. There will be the contested case hearing which will be <br />held and then the Hawaii County Planning Commission will meet on <br />of the hearings officer.
