Holly McIldowny, Administrator of State <br />Hawaii, State Historic Preservation Division. Have you seen that letter before? <br />IBBETSON: Im sure I received. Im sorry I sure I received it. <br />KRUEGER:Okay. The last sentence of that letter says for this reason the SHPD <br />requests that you contact our Kona Office to arrange for a follow-up site visit to access the <br />current, to assess the current status of the aforementioned burial sites. <br />IBBETSON:Right. <br />KRUEGER:DidKeolaLindseycomeouttoyoursiteafteryoureceivedthisletter? <br />IBBETSON:Yeshedid. <br />KRUEGER:Anddidheacknowledgeatthattimethattherewasnoproblemwiththe <br />construction that you were anticipating at that time? <br />IBBETSON:Yes he did. <br />KRUEGER:And he allowed you to proceed with construction? <br />IBBETSON:Yes he did. <br />KRUEGER:Did he tell you, you had to go to the Burial Council to get their approval <br />beforehand at that point? <br />IBBETSON:No. I had already contacted the Burial Council and they said they would <br />be very happy with anything Keola and-, Mary Anne suggested. They were willing to accept <br />anything that they had-. <br />ALAMEDA:Speak in the mike. <br />IBBETSON:Im so sorry. <br />KRUEGER:So when did you complete construction of your property? <br />IBBETSON:The exact date?
