LEITHEAD-TODD:We conducted a hearing at which time evidence was submitted by all the parties. We had a hearings officer. That hearing concluded. When we come here were basically supposed to be looking at the evidence that was presented at the hearing and not additional evidence that's presented here today. I understood that we would come and we would have oral argument. I was surprised by the submissions of Mr. Woodell of additional testimony at todays hearing. So I would like to know whether the chair is going to allow the introduction of that testimony in addition to whatever oral statements Mr. Woodell would have. And while the County doesnt have anything else that we would want to introduce, if you are going to allow Mr. Woodell to submit additional testimony then I would suggest that the applicant should also be given an opportunity. Because I think that they came here believing that there wouldnt be any additional testimony and just what was at the hearing. Thank you. GALDONES:Well thank you for those remarks Ms. Leithead-Todd.
