sliver of land, plus this area that is currently zoned for Single Family Residential, was <br />reclassified from the State Land Use Agricultural District and the CountyÓs Residential, <br />Single Family Residential - 15,000 square feet back in 1996. However, when the <br />subdivision application was processed, what had happened was instead of utilizing the <br />area that is zoned for Single Family Residential, the entire 14-plus acres, that also <br />included this particular property, the subdivision was configured in this, well, I guess this <br />shape or this configuration. So what it, in fact, did was we included, we subdivided, or <br />the property was subdivided and included this sliver of land which was still within the <br />State Land Use Agricultural District. So, basically, it was an error in subdivision at that <br />particular time. <br />GRAHAM:I see. And has the subdivision taken place so that there are <br />separate TMKs in all at this point, at this point in time? <br />HAYASHI:ThatÓs correct. So this is one particular property here. So this <br />property across, thereÓs a sliver of land again already zoned for Single Family <br />Residential, RS-15 zoning. That particular property, that area that is currently zoned, is <br />part of a larger area. So that particular property has a split zoning like this particular l <br />GRAHAM:Is there any way that we should be, because of the errone <br />situation, reverting that area back to Ag, or something like that, as -? <br />HAYASHI:Well, itÓs a possibility that, I mean, that could be don <br />initiate the zone change.
