But we are stuck in this, you know, legal <br />quagmires from the beginning of today. So, do we have any further questions for Sallie <br />McCullough as a testifier? None? Okay. And I explain to you, Ms. McCullough, that we are <br />not determining, you know, even as a representative of Chris McCullough, we are not <br />determining his standing yet at this point. And it’s taken obviously longer than we anticipated. <br />So you may be seated in the audience, okay, because we are done with the testifying part. <br />MCCULLOUGH: Okay, thank you. <br />WATANABE: Danette, we’ve already got your name, address and all of the good stuff, so <br />-. <br />METTLER: I’ll be quick. <br />WATANABE: We’ll take your testimony. <br />METTLER: Verizon Wireless is a tenant on this Crown Castle tower. They are <br />actually in top position, the tallest position, and I believe they probably started this process in <br />requesting a higher pole. And I just wanted to testify and let the Commission know how <br />important it is that we be able to provide additional coverage. As you probably know, their E911 <br />system is very helpful to Police and Fire in locating people in need. And there is also data that is <br />transmitted. Now it’s not just about telephones. And I just wanted to let you know that if for <br />some reason this isn’t approved, we will have to find another tower location, which would <br />impact again many more owners, so -. <br />WATANABE: Someone’s vista, right? <br />METTLER: Pardon? <br />WATANABE: Someone’s views. <br />METTLER: Somebody’s views. This is already there. There are, as you can see in the <br />pictures, large trees around, so it doesn’t really have the impact, visual impact that maybe <br />another location might have. <br />WATANABE: Okay.
