Is that correct? <br />COTTLE: That’s correct. <br />WATANABE: And these were supposed to, I believe the antennas were supposed to be, <br />and the tower, supposed to be in a dark brown or something to that effect? I thought I read <br />something -. <br />COTTLE: I believe the original permit required the tower to be brown, the wood <br />tower, and then the replacement tower would also be brown. <br />WATANABE: Okay. And that would be pretty much the extent. Is that correct? <br />COTTLE: Yes. <br />HOUSEL: Does that include the elements, the antenna? <br />COTTLE: I’m sorry, does that include what? <br />HOUSEL: The color requirement, does that include the elements of the antenna or <br />just the tower itself? <br />COTTLE: Condition 3, it says the tower and structures shall be painted a dark brown <br />to blend in with the surrounding landscape; so that would be the antennas, too. <br />WATANABE: I remember reading something to that effect. Okay. Do we have any <br />further questions of staff? Okay, since we are up against a time constraint, and as I mentioned <br />earlier, we do have three individuals from the public who signed up to testify, if it’s all right, I’d <br />like to take those testifiers from the public first.
