APPOINTMENT OF CO-TRUSTEE <br /> TO <br /> THE ZIERARTH LIVING TRUST <br /> On September 29, 2015, WILLIAM F. ZIEBARTH and ROBERTA J. <br /> ZIEBARTH, as Trustors and Trustees, entered into the ZIEBARTH LIVING <br /> TRUST. WILLIAM F. ZIEBARTH died on December 10, 2015. <br /> The ZIEBARTH LIVING TRUST provides that the surviving Trustor <br /> shall have the absolute right to remove or appoint Trustees, at any time. <br /> Therefore, ROBERTA J. ZIEBARTH, Trustor, hereby appoints SUSAN MARIE <br /> STRAUSLIN TO act, with her, as Co-Trustee of the ZIEBARTH LIVING <br /> TRUST.
