The next application is the change of zone. <br />KUBOTA:Mr. Chair? <br />GALDONES:Commissioner Kubota. <br />KUBOTA:I move that a favorable recommendation be given on the Change of Zone <br />Application REZ 03-026 and be forwarded to the County Council along with the findings and <br />recommendations as provided to us by the Planning Department, along with changes in the <br />conditions of approval, namely I think, correct me if I'm wrong, but F, the Applicant shall <br />construct Road Lot A to County dedicable standards and dedicate the roadways to the County <br />at no cost, and in addition to that, I think it was added by Staff something about curb, gutter, <br />sidewalk, I missed the verbiage on that, but the intent was to have curb, gutter, and sidewalk <br />along, included in Condition No. F. <br />FUJIKAWA:I second that. <br />16 <br /> <br />
