PATEL: I want to say a few months ago roughly. But there's criteria to follow not to <br />oversimplify it, but an easy way to do it is once we no longer have a recruitment crisis <br />CHR. CABANAS: Yes. <br />MR. PATEL: we start giving the exams to pare down the applicant pool. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. So, you have to define when that recruitment crisis is over. <br />MR. PATEL: Yeah. When we have less vacancies. <br />CHR. CABANAS: And it's not for everything. It's going to be by classification then? <br />MR. PATEL: Yes. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Oh, okay.
