Today is October 25h, 2023, the Merit Appeals <br />Board regular meeting is called to order at 10 a.m. We have quorum today. All five Board <br />members are present. We are in the Hilo Council Chambers of the Hawaii County Building, at 25 Aupuni <br />Street, First Floor, Room 1401, in Hilo, Hawaii. <br />Also present with us in the Council Chambers are Assistant Corporation Counsel J Yoshimoto. <br />MR.
