I would like to move that we grant standing to Orchidland Community Association in this matter, and part of my reason for this is that we do have precedent. Orchidland Community Association has successfully intervened in other matters that had to do with developments within their community; and they have a unique position and perspective that is not held by any other entities; and, therefore, they fill the criteria.
