In this particular case, we happen to be closer than the central portion of the project but we believe that the unique circumstance of the existing building being somewhat like 10 to 12 feet away from the shoreline in that area would mitigate against any viewplane issues or impact issues. Its, you know something is there already, in other words. And this is the practical alternative which best conforms to the purpose of the rules because we would like to encourage the development in an area that was back up against an existing structure that was already way into the shoreline setback area instead of coming back out onto the other side of the project with the new development in the open lawn area.
