Again, two email reminders were sent prior to the deadline, they did not submit, they since have submitted. They have no prior law violations of this nature, they had taken responsibility, and again, they are already paid in full, a $100.00 fine is recommended pursuant to the rule. Board Member Taniguchi moved to accept the recommendation by the Department for penalty in Case No. 2023-012, that the Licensee be assessed a fine pursuant to Rule 1.12, in the amount of ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($100.00), that was paid to the Department of Liquor Control on April 3, 2023; Seconded by Board Member Raymond.
