Taniguchi: May I have a motion on the penalty? <br />Hughes: So moved. <br />Raymond: Second. <br />Board Member Hughes moved to accept the recommendation by the <br />Department for penalty in Case No. 2023-004, for Count 1, that the Licensee <br />be assessed a fine pursuant to Rule 1.12, in the amount of ONE HUNDRED <br />AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($100.00), to be paid within 30 days upon receipt <br />of the Decision and Order, payable to the Department of Liquor Control; <br />Count 2 was dismissed; Seconded by Board Member Raymond. <br />Taniguchi: Moved and seconded.
