I withdraw my second then because I guess I misunderstood the <br />motion. <br />GRAHAM: Okay, Commissioner Watanabe misunderstood, so we need another <br />motion, I mean we need another second, if we have one for Commissioner Siracusa’s motion, <br />which ask that we continue the SMA hearing until our January meeting. Do we have a second <br />for that? I guess the motion fails for lack of a second. Do we, I’ll be asking to entertain a <br />motion for when we might like to continue to hear the SMA matters resolved. Commissioner <br />Watanabe? <br />WATANABE: I would move to hear or proceed with the schedule proposed by Mr. Lim <br />th <br />for the SMA and hear that at the – I believe it was – March 20 meeting. <br />DOMINGO: Second. <br />GRAHAM: All right. And the second is by whom? <br />DOMINGO: I second. <br />GRAHAM: Oh, Commissioner Domingo, you seconded that motion? <br />DOMINGO: Yes, I seconded. <br />GRAHAM: All right, thank you, just -. Commissioner Alameda? <br />ALAMEDA: Is this discussion? Are we in discussion? <br />GRAHAM: Yes, go ahead. <br />ALAMEDA: Okay, thank you, Mr. Chair. I wanted to comment on Commissioner <br />Watanabe’s comment about the Director’s interpretation of that timeline, that only the Director <br />has the final say on that. I think that it’s interpretable, given Mr. Torigoe’s earlier comment that <br />he didn’t want to go into. So just to make that clear, in my mind, that’s an interpretation right <br />now, and it’s not very clear. <br />WATANABE: Okay. May I -? <br />GRAHAM: Commissioner Alameda, that’s regard to the rezoning, I believe, not to the <br />SMA permit.
