Okay. <br />WATANABE: Because no second. <br />DARROW: To the March 20, 2008, with the schedule given by the applicant. My <br />understanding is that the schedule is that Kohala LLC will submit proposed Findings of Fact, <br />th <br />Conclusions of Law, Decision and Order by February 8 -. <br />WATANABE: That’s correct. <br />DARROW: And that there will be -. <br />WATANABE: Twenty-one day additional period. <br />DARROW: The 21 days will allow the Planning Department to submittal a rebuttal to <br />the proposed Findings of Fact submitted by the applicant.Is that correct? <br />GRAHAM: I believe that’s correct. <br />WATANABE: Yeah, that’s correct. <br />th <br />DARROW: Okay. And then on March 7 it will allow comments and rebuttals for <br />both the Planning Department and the applicant, and then the hearing will be for March 20, <br />2008. <br />WATANABE: That’s correct. <br />GRAHAM: Mr. Yuen? <br />YUEN: I need to see, was there a date for the Planning Department to submit <br />proposed Findings, if it so desires?
