Identification of State Legislative Bills that Effect Hunting, Fishing, and/or Cultural Practices <br />Committee. <br /> <br />b. Investigative Committee: DLNR expenditures of Pittman-Robertson grants, Dingle-Johnson <br />grants, Boating Special Fund, and Off Highway Vehicle Fund in the County of Hawai’i. <br /> <br />9. ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br /> <br />a. “Wild Ungulate Impacts on Ranchlands in Hawai‵i” thesis proposal presentation by Lauren <br />Katayama on Friday, March 24, at 12:00 pm on the UH Manoa Campus and by Zoom. <br /> <br />b. Next meeting will be on April 18, 2023 at 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Puna Conference Room <br />in the Hilo County Building. <br /> <br />10. ADJOURNMENT: (11:00 a.m.) <br /> <br />Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in one or <br />more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 <br />and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining <br />to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS <br />Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Executive session is closed to the public. <br /> <br />Anyone wishing to discuss an item that does not appear on the agenda should call the commission secretary <br />at 808-323-4444 or email Barbara.Kossow@hawaiicounty.gov to have the subject placed on the next <br />available agenda. <br /> <br />Note: A meeting held by interactive conference technology shall be automatically recessed for up to 30 <br />minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with all <br />members participating in the meeting or with the “in-person” location identified in this agenda. The <br />meeting may be in-person when either audiovisual communication is restored, or audio-only <br />communication is established after an unsuccessful attempt to restore audiovisual communication. If it is <br />not possible to reconvene the meeting as provided in this subsection within 30 minutes after an interruption <br />to communication, then the meeting shall be automatically terminated. <br /> <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language <br />interpretation to access this meeting please contact the Office of the Mayor at 808-961-8211 or <br />808-323-4444 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to the meeting <br />date, to arrange for accommodations. <br /> <br />Board Packet: Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-7.5, the board packet <br />provided to members of this board for this meeting is available for public inspection forty-eight <br />48) hours before the meeting date during regular business hours at the Hilo Office of the <br />Mayor, 25 Aupuni Street, Suite 2603, Hilo, Hawai’i, and at the Kona Office of the Mayor, <br /> <br />
