ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br /> <br />a. Next meeting will be on March 21, 2023, at 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Puna <br />Conference Room in the Hilo County Building. <br /> <br />b. Public Hearing for the GMAC Draft Rules will be March 21, 2022 at 9:00 am to <br />precede the GMAC monthly meeting. <br /> <br />c. GMAC vacancies, District 2, (Hilo, portions of South Hilo) and District 9, <br />(Kohala, portions of Waimea). <br /> <br />10. ADJOURNMENT: (4:00 p.m.) <br /> <br />Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in <br />one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to <br />HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on <br />questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and <br />liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. <br />Executive session is closed to the public. <br /> <br />Anyone wishing to discuss an item that does not appear on the agenda should call the commission <br />secretary at 808-323-4444 or email Barbara.Kossow@hawaiicounty.gov to have the subject placed <br />on the next available agenda. <br /> <br />Note: A meeting held by interactive conference technology shall be automatically recessed for up <br />to 30 minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained <br />with all members participating in the meeting or with the “in-person” location identified in this <br />agenda. The meeting may be in-person when either audiovisual communication is restored, or <br />audio-only communication is established after an unsuccessful attempt to restore audiovisual <br />communication.
