So, you’re nominating yourself. <br /> <br />RD: Second. <br /> <br />LT: I was hoping \[unclear\] looking at all you guys. \[Unclear\] like who is gonna, aw, no, you guys… <br /> <br />AA: Well, it’s OK. OK. So, Leomana nominated himself, any other person is a nomination or wants <br />to be… <br /> <br />SW: Well, he’s nominated, you got a second, you can discuss. <br /> <br />AA: OK. I not saying I no like \[unclear\] Leomana but just keeping it open for <br />everybody. <br /> <br />LT: Yeah, I was like \[unclear\]. <br /> <br />AA: Not seeing anybody, any other comments or concerns about Leomana being the Vice Chair. <br /> <br />LT: Leomana, District – 3, I’d just like to understand the proper duties of the Vice Chair and what <br />are the rules of the position before – I’ll hold on this cause – I don’t even know what the Vice <br />Chair does. <br /> <br />AA: So, I’ll turn it over to our Deputy Corporation Counsel, Sylvia Wan. <br /> <br />SW: OK. So, the Vice Chair would take over the duties of the Chair in the Chair’s absence. So you <br />would have to run the meeting and if we know ahead of time that the Chair is not gonna be <br />available, you would otherwise be in contact with Barbara and myself to finalize the agenda – <br />make sure everything’s on there and make sure it all looks correct and have to handle any late <br />submissions. <br /> <br />LT: Oh, right on.
