<br />AA: Well, the max term is 5 years – you cannot – you gotta take one 2-year break and then you can <br />go and get five for your district again – for a regular commissioner. <br />LT: What if you move? <br /> <br />AA: Then you got to give up your seat. If you guys move district like, let’s say I go move into up in <br />Volcano because me and Austin share district and I’ll be in Austin’s district – I’d have to give up <br />my commission seat. Right? That happened a couple years ago when the previous Chair moved <br />from one District – 7 to District – 8 or vice versa. So, he had to give up his chairmanship and <br />then Nani Pogline was the Vice Chair and then she had to step up and be in the Chair at that <br />time. So, if I leave for whatever reason Leomana, you would be moving up to the chairmanship <br />and then you guys would have to be a vote for a new Vice Chair. <br /> <br />LT: OK, shoots, yeah, I might be moving to Puunene in a year and half – two years – so… <br /> <br />AA: Ah, you get plenty time… <br /> <br />LT: Yeah, plenty time. <br /> <br />AA: But, yeah, if any of you guys move out of the district, please let Barbara or Sylvia know – then <br />they can make the arrangements. I was kinda <br />thinking Leomana can you put the first quarterly report together? So, you gotta go back to <br />January to March.
