Reso 165-23, A RESOLUTION URGING THE MAYOR OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I <br />TO CONVENE A FERAL UNGULATE MANAGEMENT WORKING GROUP, introduced <br />by Council Member C. Evans, to be heard in Governmental Operations and External Affairs <br />Committee by the Hawaii County Council today, May 16, 2023. <br /> <br />b. Next meeting will be on June 20, 2023, at 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the West Hawai’i Civic <br />nd <br />Center, Administration Office, Building C, 2 Floor, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, <br />Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740. <br /> <br />11. ADJOURNMENT: (11:00 a.m.) <br />Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in one or <br />more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 <br />and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining <br />to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS <br />Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Executive session is closed to the public. <br /> <br />Anyone wishing to discuss an item that does not appear on the agenda should call the commission secretary <br />at 808-323-4444 or email Barbara.Kossow@hawaiicounty.gov to have the subject placed on the next <br />available agenda. <br /> <br />Note: A meeting held by interactive conference technology shall be automatically recessed for up to 30 <br />minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with all <br />members participating in the meeting or with the “in-person” location identified in this agenda.
