NO. <br />1041 <br />H.D. 2 <br />S.D. 2 <br />C.D. 1 <br />1 (10) Collaborate with agencies and other persons who gather <br />2 information and implement hunting programs and data; <br />3 (11) Take testimony and acquire information as it desires <br />4 and communicate its findings and recommendations to <br />5 the board; and <br />6 (12) Assist the department on policies, plans, and <br />7 procedures related to the control of game mammals, <br />8 including aerial shooting activities by the department <br />9 and its contractors. <br />10 (e) Any action taken by the game management advisory <br />11 commission shall be validated by a simple majority of its <br />12 members. Five members shall constitute a quorum. <br />13 (f) All meetings of the game management advisory <br />14 commission shall be conducted subject to chapter 92. <br />15 (g) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the game <br />16 management advisory commission shall be subject to sections <br />17 26-34, 26-35, 26-35.5, and 26-36. <br />18 (h) The department shall provide administrative support to <br />19 the game management advisory commission.
