Anymore, amendments to this motion? <br /> <br />SW: Deputy Corporation Counsel Sylvia Wan – I’ll just note for right now there has been no <br />amendments to this motion at present – there has been a number of different points <br />made, however, the only provisions that are currently being proffered for this letter is <br />shortening lobster season from 8 to 6 months and imposing bag limit of 10 lobsters per <br />person, illegalizing or banning the sale of lobsters. There have been other points, but <br />they have not been amended as far as this motion goes. Now, technically, in order to <br />amend a motion, the person who posed the motion would need to choose to amend the <br />motion, which would have been Austin, and Austin isn’t present. So, if you want to go <br />down that route – it would appear that it would be best to table this and maybe have <br />Austin come back, or the Commission can decide to vote on the motion as is and that <br />would be drafting a letter with one of these three points.
