General Plan Land Use Pattern Allocation Guide (LUPAG) MAP: Industrial (ind). <br /> These areas include uses such as manufacturing and processing, wholesaling, large <br /> storage and transportation facilities, light-industrial and industrial-commercial uses. <br /> S. County Zoning: Single-Family Residential-10,000 square feet(RS-10). <br /> 9. Hilo Community Development Plan (CDP): The Hilo CDP, adopted by Resolution <br /> No. 1 on May 21, 1975, identifies the area as Single-Family Residential-10,000 square <br /> feet(RS-10). <br /> 10. Special Management Area (SMA): The Special Management Area is a part of the <br /> Coastal Zone Management Program and regulated by the County. The subject property is <br /> not located within the Special Management Area and is situated approximately 1.1 miles <br /> from the nearest coastline. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY AND SURROUNDING AREA <br /> 11. Subject Property: The subject, 21,023-square foot property is rectangularly shaped, <br /> level, and located at the 75-foot elevation level.
