28. Water: According to the Department of Water Supply(DWS),water can be made available <br /> from an existing 8-inch waterline within Kuakini Highway, or an existing 12-inch waterline <br /> within Walua Road which both front the subject parcel. The applicant will be required to <br /> submit estimated maximum daily water usage calculations for the proposed development, <br /> for review and approval. It was noted that the 12-inch waterline within Walua Road is <br /> adequate to provide the required 2,000 gallons per minute (gpm) flow for fire protection, <br /> per DWS standards. <br /> 29. Wastewater: The applicant intends to discharge the project site's wastewater to the <br /> existing sewer line located along Walua Road. <br /> 30. Solid Waste: Solid waste generated on the property will be disposed off-site in <br /> conformance with the Department of Environmental Management (DEM) Solid Waste <br /> Division and will require a Solid Waste Management Plan for review by the DEM. <br /> 31.
