28. Water: According to the Department of Water Supply(DWS),water can be made available from an existing 8-inch waterline within Kuakini Highway, or an existing 12-inch waterline within Walua Road which both front the subject parcel. The applicant will be required to submit estimated maximum daily water usage calculations for the proposed development, for review and approval. It was noted that the 12-inch waterline within Walua Road is adequate to provide the required 2,000 gallons per minute (gpm) flow for fire protection, per DWS standards. 29. Wastewater: The applicant intends to discharge the project site's wastewater to the existing sewer line located along Walua Road. 30. Solid Waste: Solid waste generated on the property will be disposed off-site in conformance with the Department of Environmental Management (DEM) Solid Waste Division and will require a Solid Waste Management Plan for review by the DEM. 31.
