We wanted to send a letter of support for this <br /> project for the following reasons: <br /> Phil Tinguely is well-established kama'aina who has worked on many commercial, residential and <br /> non-profit projects for our community. We believe he is aware of the needs, challenges and cultural <br /> sensitives of our community. <br /> He has ensured that his proposal complies with the zoning designation for the area, the County <br /> General Plan and the Kona Community Development Plan. The project has also been reviewed by the <br /> Kailua Village Design Committee, and appears to be consistent with the character and intention of <br /> the Village.
