Section 6-8-03, Article 8, Chapter 6 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br /> property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waikoloa, Hawaii, <br /> shall be Industrial-Commercial Mixed—20,000 square feet(MCX-20): <br /> Beginning at a 1/2 inch pipe (found) at the Southwesterly corner of this parcel of <br /> land, being also the Southeasterly corner of Lot 5-B of Subdivision Map No. 06-000414 <br /> and being a point on the Northerly boundary of Lot 3-B of Waikoloa Development, the <br /> coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br /> Station "PUU HINAI" being 7,247.27 feet North and 5,899.95 feet West and running by <br /> azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br /> Thence, for the next two (2) courses following along said Lot 5-13 and the remainder of <br /> Royal Patent 5671, Land Commission Award 8521-B, Apana 1 to G.D.
